ASHCOM INITIATES A STRATEGIC CANADIAN CMMS DISTRIBUTION ALLIANCE WITH THE DA-TROL GROUP, INC.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Ashcom Technologies President Tim Good announced today that Ashcom has partnered with Canadian firm the Da-Trol Group, Inc., for a strategic Canadian CMMS distribution alliance.

"We are very excited about the opportunities that this alliance brings to both of our organizations," said Good. "For over 15 years, President J. Roger Davies and the Da-Trol Group have been serving their customers with a focus on increasing performance through effective, efficient and profitable business practices. This alliance was a perfect fit because our organizations share a commitment to quality and customer care in the fields of property and facilities management, manufacturing, education and healthcare."

Through this partnership, the Da-Trol Group will be the primary Canadian distributor of Ashcom's flagship computerized maintenance management software product, Maintimizer CMMS. This alliance will enable Ashcom to more directly serve the needs of their existing Canadian customer base and assist the organization in expanding the North American customer base.

In 1987, the Da-Trol Group, Inc., was incorporated to assist companies and organizations in becoming more effective, efficient and profitable.  Today, the organization continues to do so with a geographical focus on Ontario and Quebec, with associates in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
