Maintain an in-house MaintiMizer™ CMMS demonstration system including all hardware and software necessary to effectively show prospective customers the full capabilities of the system.

Utilize an outside sales force in a face-to-face selling environment directly with end-users.
Provide end-user customer service and support, and serve as the first line of communication with MaintiMizer™ CMMS customers.

Qualify as an Authorized Ashcom Reseller by employing at least two Certified MaintiMizer™ CMMS Installers.

Conduct a thorough needs analysis for every prospective customer before recommending a MaintiMizer™ CMMS solution.

Include as part of a proposed MaintiMizer™ CMMS solution a Functional Specification document that details exactly how the system will meet all customer requirements. Include all appropriate MaintiMizer™ CMMS modules, hardware (servers, workstations, storage, network, scanners, printers), and software (operating system, database, utilities) necessary to achieve the results specified in the Functional Specification.
Include as part of a proposed MaintiMizer™ CMMS solution a Functional Specification document that details exactly how the system will meet all customer requirements. Confirm that the required installation environment exists prior to installation of the CMMS. Upon completion of installation, provide sufficient training for the customer's CMMS administrators and users either directly or through Ashcom’s training programs.

Ensure that the customer understands Ashcom Technologies, Inc. warranty and the procedure for receiving support from the Reseller and Ashcom Technologies, Inc; fully support all MaintiMizer™ CMMS product guarantees; cooperate with Ashcom Technologies, Inc. to ensure that any end-user problems or issues are promptly resolved.
Ensure that the customer understands Ashcom Technologies, Inc. warranty and the procedure for receiving support from the Reseller and Ashcom Technologies, Inc; fully support all MaintiMizer™ CMMS product guarantees; cooperate with Ashcom Technologies, Inc. to ensure that any end-user problems or issues are promptly resolved.
Maintain sufficient customer information to enable contact in instances of product updates and/or maintenance.

Apply sufficient organizational focus and resources to insure a minimum of $100,000 in annual software purchases from Ashcom Technologies, Inc.

Commit to the Ashcom Technologies, Inc. Team with a one-time pre-payment of $2,500 of which may be applied toward any fee-based Ashcom Technologies, Inc. training courses completed within one year of contract signing.
