Supervisor menu - hot keys (screen icons shown below) on the MaintiMizer™ CMMS main menu make it easy for users to access functions quickly and easily. Hot keys can be configured to each individual's needs. Note the optional maintenance technician's menu shown below at the bottom of this page.
Visual and straightforward - operations are labeled with lots of color and pull down menus that make operations easy. There is a title on every screen so the user does not get lost or worse yet - discouraged and frustrated.
Maintenance Technician's menu - is a supervisor-controlled screen. This option allows a supervisor to have his staff sign on to the master menu or a reduced menu for increased efficiency.
This is a simple menu, as there is no reason to show the full screen if it's not needed. This is configurable and is the supervisor's choice. As you can see, this is an ease of use feature that reduces the functions shown to only those that apply. |
