 CMMS DATA CONVERSION SERVICES
Converting from another (computer or manual) Computerized Maintenance Management Software System (CMMS)? We are aware that you are already overloaded with work and entering data is the last thing you have time to do. We can provide CMMS data conversion or data entry services to ease the transition and soothe your jangled nerves.
If you have data that you wish to have imported into MaintiMizer™ CMMS from another CMMS package, database, spreadsheet etc., this can be performed by Ashcom Technologies as an optional service. This service is quoted on an individual basis using a base cost of $150/hour.
In order to import data into MaintiMizer™ CMMS you will need to send your data files in an ASCII format along with a file layout that specifies what each column of data represents.

You can send the ASCII file(s) and file layout(s) to us either on floppy disk, 100MB Zip™ Disk, CD or via email to support@ashcomtech.com.
The following information can be imported easily into MaintiMizer™ CMMS (note that it may be possible to import other data into the program also - we would need to see a sample file and file layout as detailed above to determine compatibility):
• Inventory - Part information, stockroom info, costs
• Work Orders - General information, labor and material costs, notes
• Time Cards - Labor hours and dollars
• Purchase Orders - General information, line items, notes, transactions
• Equipment - General information and costs
• Vendors - Names, addresses, contact numbers
• Employees - Personal info, activity, pay rates.
