The Preventive Maintenance/Equipment module allows you to register your assets and create preventive maintenance schedules.

Add Equipment


It’s easy to develop a thorough equipment registry in MaintiMizer™ 4.0. Once entered, all the information about a particular piece of equipment is at your fingertips—building location, vendor information, parts listing, warranty information, cost structure, start-up procedures, hazard warnings—everything you need to use and maintain that piece of equipment efficiently and effectively. Like in the work order module, many of the tables have look up fields, eliminating the time required to type each field and the inevitable data entry errors.

Assign PM Tasks


When you’re ready to assign preventive maintenance tasks, you can do so globally by equipment, manufacturer, building, or department. You can also tag equipment for no preventive maintenance, if you choose.

Attach Standard Operating Procedures


MaintiMizer™ 4.0 allows you to attach standard operating procedures to your preventive maintenance tasks. Your maintenance staff will never have to guess at exactly what they are being asked to do.
