Work Order Entry


Adding or editing a work order in MaintiMizer™ 4.0 is easy. MaintiMizer™ 4.0 assigns a unique number to each work order, so each job can be tracked individually. Many of the tables have look up fields, which eliminates the time required to type each field and the data entry errors that invariably crop up.

Work Order Search


MaintiMizer™ 4.0 makes it easy, to check the status of work orders. Simply click on ‘Search Work Order’ and type in the unique work order number. Don’t know the number? Then simply click on the magnifying glass icon to bring up a list of all work orders.

Generating PM Work Orders


Preventive maintenance is the key to an effective maintenance management operation. With MaintiMizer™ 4.0, generating preventive maintenance work orders is quick and easy. PM work orders can be generated by equipment or asset, building, department, product or line, or employee.
