• Detailed CMMS condition/utilization assessments performed on-site result in comprehensive, detailed action plans that address any issues that must be resolved before best maintenance practices can be established and maintained.

• CMMS optimizations examine systems in their current condition/configuration and establish best maintenance practices. This includes population of all required data fields (establishing sound data up-front), development of a Standard Operating Procedures document (describing how to properly use the system), and system training (ensuring all users use the system correctly and optimally).

• Turnkey implementations of new CMMS ensure that when a new system goes live, best maintenance practices are developed, documented, established, and understood by all users from the very beginning. A turnkey implementation takes the system from in the box to fully functional in the shop or on the floor.

• Educational offerings include seminars and workshops available at off-site and on-site locations. Examples include “Best Maintenance Practices,” “Planning, Scheduling, and Coordinating of Maintenance Activities,” and “Understanding and Utilizing Metrics or Key Performance Indicators (KPs) to Drive Proper Behaviors.”
