Our Continuous Improvement Curriculum is an all-encompassing program designed to review your current processes and provide you with suggestions and feedback on how you can push your business further. We believe there is always room for improvement and so we teamed up with actual MaintiMizer™ users and developed these on-site programs that are sure to take you to the next level! Topics include:

  • Developing the Correct "Habitudes"—

    When you first implemented MaintiMizer™ were you met with an unwillingness to try something new? Change is scary and if you aren't able to get past the "we've done this for years, why change now" defense, chances are MaintiMizer™ isn't being utilized to its full potential. Old "habits" and bad "attitudes" are hard to break but changes are necessary to get the most out of MaintiMizer™. We won't just tell you to change, we will show you why the change is beneficial. It is never to late to change!

    Let us visit your facility, observe your crew, your MaintiMizer™ database, and how they interact together. Our Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide you with a report outlining their findings, suggestions, and follow-up activities to reinforce a new culture in your facility.

  • Coaching & Mentoring Services—

    Let us take an in-depth look at how you use MaintiMizer™ and review your current practices. Working with your maintenance team, we will provide individualized training and suggestions on how to better your MaintiMizer™ usage. We take such a personalized approach by the time we're done, we're just one of the guys, you might even see us at your next holiday party! At the end of our visit you will be provided with a written report of our findings, what we accomplished on-site, and follow-up activities to continue the improvement.

  • Data Standards—

    Our experts will meet with you to develop and implement customized MaintiMizer™ Data Standards. Use these guidelines to consistently enter codes, classes and data into your MaintiMizer™ database. An electronic and printed Data Standards Manual is included with this service.

  • MaintiMizer™ Optimization Services—

    Working together with your maintenance and operations team, our Maintenance Expert will evaluate your current use of MaintiMizer™ and your data. He/she will then identify, suggest and demonstrate additional opportunities that can benefit your organization, making sure you are getting the most out of MaintiMizer™.

  • Inventory Practices & Processes—

    Have you looked in at your stockroom lately? Do you know that with a little sprucing up, stockrooms can be a major area that saves your company money? You might be laughing right now but its true. Getting a handle on what you have and minimizing what you order can amount to HUGE savings. With our help and with the development of best inventory practices and procedures, we can get your stock room, cages, and cribs under control.

    Together we will work with you focusing on entering inventory classifications, type coding, ORM proprietary subcomponents and gathering part-specific data into your MaintiMizer™ database. After our visit, our SME will submit a report of his/her findings, actions, and suggested follow-up activities and review our findings with your company.

  • Integrating TPM (Total Production Maintenance)—

    Lean maintenance departments in production facilities often lead to integration of TPM practices. Allow us to review current procedures and data or help you implement one. We will work with both production and maintenance employees to confirm your company's practices are being fully followed and MaintiMizer™ is being utilized appropriately. Follow up will include final report of our findings, implementations, and follow-up activities.

  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)—

    Are you ready to make real progress on your performance improvement initiatives? Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identify and measure your actual performance vs. performance goals, helping you determine where to focus your improvement efforts. Track and analyze asset and employee performance and start making smarter, more informed decisions.
