When you first implemented MaintiMizer™ were you met with an unwillingness to try something new? Change is scary and if you aren't able to get past the "we've done this for years, why change now" defense, chances are MaintiMizer™ isn't being utilized to its full potential. Old "habits" and bad "attitudes" are hard to break but changes are necessary to get the most out of MaintiMizer™. We won't just tell you to change, we will show you why the change is beneficial. It is never to late to change!
Let us visit your facility, observe your crew, your MaintiMizer™ database, and how they interact together. Our Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide you with a report outlining their findings, suggestions, and follow-up activities to reinforce a new culture in your facility.
Let us take an in-depth look at how you use MaintiMizer™ and review your current practices. Working with your maintenance team, we will provide individualized training and suggestions on how to better your MaintiMizer™ usage. Our experts will meet with you to develop and implement customized MaintiMizer™ Data Standards. Use these guidelines to consistently enter codes, classes and data into your MaintiMizer™ database. An electronic and printed Data Standards Manual is included with this service.

He/she will then identify, suggest and demonstrate additional opportunities that can benefit your organization, making sure you are getting the most out of MaintiMizer™.
