Ashcom Launches MaintiMizer™ 5.0

 

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (August 6, 2022) — Ashcom announces the launch of its MaintiMizer™ 5.0, an all-new look and feel to the company’s popular CMMS.

 

MaintiMizer™ 5.0 comes with an entirely new look and many new upgraded features. Ashcom takes its customer requests seriously when developing new products. The company has updated the home screen with new customizable report widgets, giving customers an easy-to-view analysis of their day or week. Ashcom has also updated search functions, making it easier to fill out work orders, and tablet functionality, making the mobile site easier to use out in the field.

 

Timothy Good, president of Ashcom Technologies, explains the idea behind MaintiMizer™ 5.0: “We’ve been asked by a number of customers if we could rearrange the screens a bit and make it more user friendly. It was already in our plans too. We knew support for IE was going to end, so this was a good opportunity to tackle the issue with that and support many popular browsers. MaintiMizer™ 4.0 needed a face-lift but has been a workhorse over the many years it’s been in use. We wanted to add an interactive help portal where customers could get video content, files and how-tos.” To tackle all these issues, it was apparent Ashcom needed to develop a whole new interface without disrupting the integrity of MaintiMizer™ 4.0.
