- All prices and payments will be in U.S. Dollars
- Payment for training classes must be received 30 days prior to class dates
- Additional expenses and appropriate sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed if applicable
- We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), company purchase order, or company check
- Any unused professional services expire 18 months from invoice date
Cancellation received four weeks prior, will result in a $100 USD processing fee. Cancellation received up to one week prior to the seminar will be subjected to a charge of $200 USD. There will be no refunds for cancellations within a week prior to the seminar. Attendee substitution is permitted.
